see the hand of divine intelligence all about me, in 
the flower, the tree, the brook and the meadow. I know that 
the intelligence that created all these things is in me and 
around me and that I can call upon it for my slightest 

  2. This is also true of people with anxiety disorder. It's not always a particular experience that triggers you to become hyper-aware but the knowledge that if triggered, you will go into a paralyzed anxiety state, which is utterly hellish. I often wish I did have something tangible to blame my anxiety on, but I don't. In and of itself, it has ruined much of my life with the expectation that it will happen when triggered by travel or illness of self or others.

  4. I have such a huge question…
    Being I’ve been in recovery the fourth step is to write a fearless and moral inventory of the past. Resentments, things I’ve done etc. and it has always made me angry, uncomfortable and just all messed around. And have seen others experience and act the same. Yet have heard it’s so beneficial and a necessity to change.
    So is it a liability to change? Or is it crucial for it?
    any thoughts/experience?
