  1. The croissant story used to be very true! (43 mn). Unfortunately, it is starting to change over there, in Europe as well. The quality of the wheat has been dropping. I go to Europe every year except of course 2020 and noticed a difference over the last few years. I am willing to drive or walk 1/2hour to find the remaining bakeries who keep offering quality breads and croissants. Even here in Asheville NC, one can find quality wheat products. It takes some research. Thank you for this wonderful interview! People like Zack Bush are a treasure to the world. We have work to do. Before all, keeping the trust in humanity. (A challenge at times)

My concern is that big-ag-chemically driven farming are now getting on board with a green-wash version of 'Organic' farming but still use chemicals including glyphosate and the consumer cannot differentiate between what is genuinely organic and what is green-wash-organic by big-ag-chemical farming.

Thanks Zach…I'm not on board with there being beneficial parasites or the vegan agenda (I eat scripturally clean fish and meats raised well and very fresh) or the "mother" nature but the rest of what you have to say is ON POINT.     Can anyone provide evidence against the statement that most countries in Europe are using Roundup, too, and have been doing so for quite a while? Because I have been under the impression that they, that we have. I think that Germamy determined to impose strict limits to its use by 2022, but there's not much more than that.. correct me if I'm wrong..
    So how come, than, that French croissants did not trigger response in gluten-sensitive (American) people?

  21. I was diagnosed with ALS (Amyltrophic Lateral Sclerosis) also known as MND (Motor-neuron Disease) or Lou Gehrig's disease in November of 2012.
