  1. This is one of my favorites of their workouts. Really appreciating this channel not just for the workouts but for the low-impact options and the diverse body representation and fitness levels. Nice to see myself represented finally, and it encourages me to work out without judgement (of me by myself, haha).

  2. Been putting on alot of weight for awhile and decided I wanted to change my body. I'm a week into strength training and decided I needed some cardio to balance things out. Felt really good after this workout wasn't to difficult but it got me sweating. Would recommend you try it.
