K but like it’s not the matter of allowing the past bother me. It just comes back on its own and it replays over and over in my head. When people telling me to move on, it’s like telling me to be happy on the spot and that’s not easy. Even when I’m relaxed one day and I’m just doing my business, the memories of the past just come back to me at random times and I have no control over it. I try not to think about it but how can I not think about it when I’m like, “Oh god don’t think about it. About what? Oh yeah that one horrible time in the past,” then I’m thinking about it. Sure, one can forgive someone for doing something wrong to them, but they will never forget it. And that bothers me. My mom tell me to let things go, move on, and forgive, but I keep asking her how. She didn’t know how to answer that. Yes, past is past and all of it is done, but everyday, more bad things come and it adds on to the list of things I want to forget. It’s like I’m crumbling and I’m losing energy from simply just looking forward to another day.
