  1. 100% spot on. I only wish I'd have realised this years ago. People who become world class, become world class at one or two things at most. Don't try and be everything. That's always been my problem. The term 'jack of all trades, master of none', wasn't pulled out of thin air. People will pay highly for world class, but won't pay at all for multi-mediocre class.
