😕 I wake up every morning and the first thing I allow in my mind is motivational speaking, but as I watch I am disheartened by little to no representations of melanated women. There is something about watching things and seeing yourself represented. I think we as a society should make a special effort to notice what is missing.
Black girls are not into exercising because they never see beautiful black women. Usually the women are of a body build mode or they look like manufactured Fake looking black Women instead of fitness strong natural but still feminine features like is represented in other women.
I am not criticizing, but pouring out the pain from my heart. Being REPRESENTED matters. 🙏🏽🙏🏽

I’m not a physical athlete, but I’m a business owner and operator. I continue to improve all aspects of my business every day, and I see the results paying off. But therefore I still haven’t achieved my target customer base I require to succeed to be highly satisfied. I now will activate my full potential and I know the results will be overwhelming so I can refuse jobs rather than not enough jobs. I’m committed to success, rather than dwelling on the self destructive train of thought that results in failure. All I need is the finest details to make customers to have no doubt my services if professional and trustworthy is the attitude to maintain full production. I will win reject defeat.

When you change for the better, it true/ it's lonely at the top 🤔 people take it the wrong way, they take your change as a negative for them/ I say, look you want to hang around me, meet me at the top, I'm not going to meet you at the bottom, where your at 😐👍

My god is real. Needed this aswell as the other videos I've heard today. What an incredible video. Congrats to the makers. This will have me reach 7 stone weight loss having just lost 5stone in an amazing 33 month jouney of career loss and now my new health and social care career began 2 weeks ago! And today ended in my heart any lover ties that are holding me back. SO I am Excited for my future once again even in UK Lockdown I'm amazed at myself once again. I almost lost everything in my life because of drugs . I wanted to die a couple time but today I'm clean I have a great job with a great pay …when I'm listening to those videos it's making me cry it's true. I'm up every morning at 5am and go to work (carpenter) and after gym time … I'm never home until 8pm if I can do it everybody can do it no excuses just focus on what you want from life
