I am not going to bullshit you and say this is a fantastic time to graduate. But I am going to tell you about one of the biggest obstacles I faced in my life, because the obstacles that coronavirus had created won’t be the last you face, but they can prepare you for the next obstacle. I want to thank Snapchat for asking me to kick off their Dear Class of 2020 commencement week, and I want to thank @ATTN: Video for partnering with me to make sure everyone can see it.

    Thank you for being there and still going strong. Your films entertained my father in the cinema when he was young. thanks to your perseverance, they entertain me as wel.

  5. This is just wonderful – I've been studying Arnold since PUMPING IRON.
    Arnold's mind. Goals, goals, goals. A goal of August 1st (being on the set
    of T6 after almost dying). Then little rewards for gains that SPOKE to
    Arnold's main goal – which was "August 1st." In everything that Arnold has
    written, spoken, lectured-on? It's always the main goal – the smaller goals
    along the way – and always rewards. To remind oneself that oneself is on track.
    There are other great Arnold vids here – i.e. Arnold on bodybuilding, film
    making, scripts, everything – -and each one reminds us of the TEMPLATE that
    Arnold uses. A main overall goal such as The Olympia.
    Everyone down in Venice – the Santa Monica area – even around
    the World. Not only love Arnold – but owe Arnold a debt-of-thanks.
    For giving it all back to us.
    For explaining – demonstrating how it's done. Using examples
    from Arnold's own career and life
    Not everyone's gonna have Arnold's gigantic success – but
    everyone CAN greatly-improve.
    Merely by FOLLOWING Arnold's principles.
    I was never in Gold's Gym when Arnold was there – but I did
    meet Arnold (and Maria) over at The Rose Cafe.
    Tremendously classy to everyone at this legendary
    Venice hotspot.
    Just regular people – sitting by the door – a table for two –
    enjoying selves/meal.

  7. I admire his discipline with everything. Life has rules and damn he obeys. During covid, I can't remember how many videos of him just kept me going when I felt otherwise. My inspiration for perseverance. Sleep faster❤️
