I was proud to give the commencement address to the University of Houston Cougar graduating class of 2017. My message: don’t ever call me a self-made man. Once you realize that you are the product of a lot of help, you will acknowledge that you must help others.

wow
4:40 Wow I've always like Arnold, but his thoughts on how no one is self made makes me respect him on a whole new level.
I'm becuse we are. No one is slef-made, we learn since childhood from adults, schooling, kids mimic others mostly people in TV, both good and bad. Then life shape us , also still we are all different anyway. sometimes to much.
I got goose bumps when he said โcougar!โ.
Awesome speech.
Arnold you are such an inspirational guy. You had a vision and a dream and you lived it all. Nothing could stop you. If we all had your determination the world would be a far better place. The great thing is you didn't forget the people that helped you along the way.
Wow! What a speech. I saw Conan over in Toronto at the cinema while visiting from England, U.K. You hardly spoke a word of English; nevermind this sort of speech. You are phenominal.
This reinforces why I am not making the kind of progress I'd like to make in all sorts of aspects of my life. As it was from the day I popped out of my mother's womb, I need help and the right kind of help if I'm to progress, maximise my true potential in life and deliver similar help toward others. It can't be done alone. It's very much a team effort.
This also tells me that if help isn't where it needs to be, I have to seriously consider moving on. Because life is too short.
Thank you sir!
thank you for word arnold
