  2. I don't get it — unless he was just looking for purely an investment. Why spend the time, effort and money building a "family home" in one of the most exclusive enclaves – not just in Miami, but in America – just to put it on the market slightly more than 3 years later? Bought the property in 2011, construction on the home finished in 2014 and then in January of 2018 it was listed for sale at $24 mil, selling only recently for just $16 mil back at the end of April.
