An intense Full Body Workout, that you can do without equipment, wherever and whenever you like ♥︎ this is definitely more intense than my old 20min Full Body Video (the one with 19 million views) // Werbung
It targets the muscles of your entire body and gives you a good sweat 🙂 For some reason, I had soooo much fun filming this workout. I just enjoy the music and the exercises a loooot here.

The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise. If you need more breaks – TAKE THEM! Don’t worry too much about that. You will improve over time 🙂 that’s the best feeling!

59 kilos, mi meta es 50 kilos. He estado corriendo durante 2 meses y baje de 70 a 59 jeje
Pero ahora tengo una lesión en el pie el cual no me permite correr con frecuencia ? y eso me desanima y me deprime… Así que busque otra manera de bajar de peso y aquí me tienen :'D ? quizás no vuelva pero deseo fervientemente bajar de peso, fuerza amig@s ???

I do this exercise in 1 hr ???? and my all muscles got pain and tell me how much time you got to complete this exercise
I loved the exercises, however the soundtrack bored me it didn't motivate me

Today is my last exam and from today I'll start intense workouts..
Guys, that workout was so easy. Like how could this be considered "intense?" ? ?
Its been a week since I am doing this workout. And trust me when I say it gets easier with time.
Day 7: I can do this without a break. And after the workout I feel so good about my body.
My body is getting so much in shape. And even people around me are noticing it.
