there is literally no leg workout to this basically. i am extremely disappointed. normally i love Pamela’s workouts, but this just hurt. i am sorry to anyone who liked this, i wish there was an ab exercise, then a leg exercise, something woven in. this might just be because i wasn’t having the best day to begin with, so i will try this workout on another day when i feel less horrible.
I'm going to do this video every day till the end of 2020 ( today is the 5th December) and I will share my progress with you guys!
Day 1: ✅ it was really hard bc I haven't worked out for a while. I had to do many extra breaks and sometimes I needed to do an easier version of the exercise. But to see result I know that I just need to be consistent and I'm looking forward to improve myself 😊
